Terrain Values: Family & Work

During our daily interactions with clients and our peers there are the faces they see
at Terrain. They may see, hopefully, the individuals in our office functioning as a
family. We all care for each other and want to see each individual succeed in their
professional life. We laugh, celebrate, debate, and work through differences
together. And sometimes tears are shed when one of our own is dealing with
something heavy. But usually, we are enjoying each other’s company whether in
the office or in remote correspondence. This is the Terrain family.

What some of our clients and peers may not know, however, is that the majority of
the team at Terrain is a parent in their own family. The “extended” Terrain family
includes eight children ranging from two years old to sixteen! These children are
often the topics during office sharing times and we all look forward to hearing of
each other’s children’s successes.

It is for these families that Terrain is committed to a flexible office culture that helps
employees manage work and life in ways that supports our clients, the office, and
their families.
